Charter House Emergency Shelter operates a 24/7 homeless shelter, a free meal program, street outreach, housing case management, and serves as Addison County’s lead agency for Coordinated Entry. Our work is fast-paced, collaborative, and grounded in purpose, dignity, and compassion. We focus on solutions that honor the humanity of people experiencing homelessness and prioritize relationships that last beyond moments of crisis.
We are currently hiring:
- Full-Time Case Manager – (pay range: $24.00–$26.00/hour)
- Full & Part-Time Shelter Operations Staff – all shifts, front line position (pay range: $20.00–$23.00/hour)
This work requires comfort in a dynamic environment, the ability to adapt to changing needs, and a strong understanding of professional boundaries while building respectful, client-centered relationships. Experience in social services, housing, mental health, harm reduction, or related fields is strongly preferred.
