It is important to ask, “How are we doing? Are we making a difference?”. We ask that of ourselves all the time. We are constantly measuring our impact because subjective answers like, “Oh, we’re doing great!” simply don’t cut the mustard.
Here are some of the metrics that we track so that we can prove to our precious donors, our stewards in the State Office of Economic Opportunity, and to ourselves that we are running an effective, efficient state of the art mission that actually helps restore people to better health and housing stability.
